22" x 24" Vacuum Exposure Unit. This vacuum UV exposure unit mainly used for exposure precise screens; the external pump is connected with main engine; it will make the screens and transparency film close on the glass tightly by evacuating the air of the vacuum charmer; exposure quality is high, especially for precise screens. An external high speed vacuum pump is included. Vibration is small; noise is small; vacuum degree is 5Pa and it can work for 24 hours. This machine adopts timer to set the exposing time; the timer have automatic memory function, set in once, whether the number of switch turn on or off, time will save. Notice: The glass area is 24x26in, but it can only hold max screen frames with outer border size : 22x 24in, suggest to use max20 x 24 inches screens. Please fill oil in the pump before using!

Basic parameters of the timer: Countdown: 1 SEC - 99 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds. Working temperature: - 25 c - 65 c. LED UV light tubes, it can normally be used for about 10,000 hours. 110v controller & Vacuum Pump. Set the release valve, after the exposure and open the release valve, remove the vacuum, open the cover and remove the screen. Glass is 24x26 inches, but the actually exposing area is 22x 24 in. After setting the time, next time can display the same time directly.

Pump to add engine oil before used only, lest cause motor damage. No oil can not be used Periodic inspection is required.

Methods of using the timer. Before using, please press the "C" button to reset, the display shows 00:00 00 and it is flashing state.

Press the "hour" and "minute" and "second" button separately to set the countdown of the electrify time, the display shows "ON". Press the "start/pause" button to start the countdown. Set exposure time 5 minutes 30 seconds : At first press the "C" button to remove the original set ; Then press "minute" set to"5"; press "seconds" set to "30"; Then press the "start/pause" to start the countdown, l amp open; After five minute 30 seconds countdown, plate burning machine tube closed.

This setting do not need to change, it is automatically saved. When the machine starts again, the countdown is still 5 minutes and 30 seconds.

Using steps of the exposure. Connect the vacuum pump pipe with the exhaust pipe. Turn on the machine, adjust the Settings of exposure time. Put the film and plate on the glass and adjust the position.

Put the four sledge foots on the four corners of the screen frame. Close the cover, fit the hook locked; Vacuum pump starts exposing at the same time. After 5 minutes of exposing, the rubber cloth is closely fit with the mesh in the screen frame. Press the timer "start/pause" button to expose. When the exposing time is over, the tubes will be off automatically; open the exhaust valve, the exposure will be disappear.
